Fewer no-shows.

The booking is already in Google Calendar. Autext texts them. C confirms. R moves it. The visit turns green.

Confirmed

A booking appears, Autext syncs it, a reminder arrives, the client replies C, and the visit is confirmed.

1

Leave it in the diary

Type the name and Australian mobile on the Google Calendar event. Autext also checks the notes and the guests.

2

The text goes by itself

The usual one is the day before, in your timezone. You can add a second time and rewrite the words.

3

They answer in the thread

C confirms. R sends open times. X cancels. STOP opts them out. You see it in Replies.

The longer version

After the visit, and before the next job.

Every plan

Review texts

When the visit is marked done, or a few hours after it ends, Autext texts a short link: autext.com.au/r/…. Four or five stars go to your Google review page. One to three stay private on your dashboard.

Pro and Team

Quote follow-ups

Save a quote by hand, CSV, or a webhook. If it is still open, Autext texts on the days you choose (day 1, 3 and 7 to start). A reply, or marking it won or lost, stops the sequence.

Team, beta on Pro

AI receptionist

Off until you turn it on. It reads the inbound text and drafts a reply from notes you write. Confirm and cancel can send themselves. New times come from the connected Google Calendar. The default is draft only.

What empty bookings cost.

Put in your own numbers. Bookings a week, the share that do not show, and what a visit is worth. Autext does not know your takings.

30 a week × 15% × $85 × 52/12

$1,658

a month, if those visits stay empty. This is your sum, not a promise.
